About Forest and Trees LLC

Forest and Trees LLC was founded to empower small organizations to do better and succeed. Organizations run by limited staff or volunteers only are often doing the most important work in their communities, but struggle to keep up, retain people and stay organized. People get frustrated, overwhelmed and stuck – they can’t see the forest for the trees.
Small organizations can – and need to – see the forest and the trees. Pursuing work towards a vision requires the big picture thinking and attention to individual areas that will make the organization successful. There is great value in investing in services that help small organizations avoid operational crises and disenchantment. Forest and Trees offers assistance with strategy, operations, leadership training, and proposal writing to foster growth and long-term success.
